US President Donald Trump announced Thursday that a 10-day ceasefire would begin between Israel and Iran-backed Hezbollah in Lebanon.An Israeli source and a leading Hezbollah official acknowledged the deal in separate comments to CNN, noting that they reserved the right to respond to any attacks during the truce.Israel’s deadly military offensive in Lebanon has been a key sticking point in negotiations on the US-Iran war.
