A man has been seriously wounded following Hezbollah’s latest rocket attack on northern Israel, medics say.
According to the IDF, some 10 rockets were fired toward Karmiel, eight of which were intercepted, and the rest hit open areas. Another five rockets were fired at Nahariya, four of which were intercepted, and the rest hit open areas.
Magen David Adom says it is treating a 25-year-old man in Karmiel who was apparently hit by fragments following an interception. He is listed in serious condition, MDA says.
The IDF said it was gearing up for increased Hezbollah rocket fire on northern Israel ahead of the upcoming ceasefire. As of now, there were no changes in the Home Front Command’s guidelines for civilians, the military added.
