拦截无人机合作
乌克兰TAF工业公司与德国Thyra公司签署协议，成立合资企业（JV）生产拦截型无人机。同时，德国Quantum Systems公司宣布分别与WIY Drones和Tencore成立两家合资公司。
合资公司Quantum WIY Industries (QWI) 将生产 WIY Strila 拦截无人机。Quantum Systems表示，乌克兰武装部队（AFU）已要求该公司交付1.5万架 Strila 拦截器。此前在3月23日，该公司已宣布向乌克兰国民警卫队提供首批设备。根据WIY Drones的数据，Strila 拦截无人机最高速度为350公里/小时，有效载荷500克，满载飞行时间为10分钟。
地面无人系统生产
另一家合资公司Quantum Tencore Industries (QTI) 将致力于扩大其所谓的“经过战斗验证”的地面无人车（UGV）的生产规模。Tencore以其 TERMIT（地形模块化步兵运输车）地面无人车而闻名，该车有效载荷能力为300公斤，可用于物流任务和伤员撤离（CASEVAC）。根据相关说明，TERMIT 可配备遥控武器站（RWS），并兼容勃朗宁12.7毫米机枪等武器。

At least seven new agreements have been signed between Ukrainian and German defence companies within the framework of the Build with Ukraine initiative, the Office of the President of Ukraine announced in a 14 April 2026 press release.
Ukraine's TAF industries and Germany's Thyra signed an agreement to establish a joint venture (JV) to produce interceptor unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Quantum Systems
Quantum Systems announced the establishment of two JVs, with each of WIY Drones and Tencore, according to a Quantum press release from 14 April.
Quantum WIY Industries (QWI) will produce WIY Strila interceptor UAVs. Quantum Systems said in their release that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) tasked the company with delivering 15,000 Strila interceptors without specifying a timeline for deliveries. Quantum Systems first announced on 23 March that they had invested in WIY Drones and that they would be providing the 15,000 interceptors to the National Guard of Ukraine.
According to WIY Drones the WIY Strila interceptor has a maximum speed of 350 km/h and a payload of 500 g. The maximum flight duration with the payload is 10 minutes, according to the manufacturer.
Quantum Tencore Industries (QTI) will focus on scaling the production of what it called “battle-proven” unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), according to Quantum Systems. Quantum Systems had not provided further details on the platform by the time of publication..
Tencore is known for its TERMIT (Terrain Modular Infantry Transporter) UGV which has a payload capacity of 300 kg and can be used for logistic tasks and CASEVAC (casualty evacuation).
